About Us

The origins of Alliston & Company date back to the late 70s when Mr Tim Sims Williams formed his residential and commercial practice in Chichester. In 1999 Tim Sims Williams retired and the residential estate agency, commercial and professional side of the business was sold separately. Alliston & Company purchased the commercial and professional side of the business and are now based in Forum House, Stirling Road, Chichester, with offices also at 80 Alinora Avenue, Goring By Sea, Worthing.

Phillip Alliston Phillip D Alliston, a Chartered Surveyor with nearly twenty years' experience, runs Alliston & Company. In addition to a Diploma in Estate Management, Fellow Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Phillip Alliston has a Master's Degree in Property Investment from the City University Business School. Previous property experience ranges from residential surveys and valuations through to commercial agency and management in both private practice and central government.
