As general practice chartered surveyors we act for Landlords in collecting rents and service charges, whether it is a residential block of flats or a mixed development. We already act for a number of Landlords and can provide further details upon request.

We are experienced in marine property, especially in negotiating moorings leases, acting either for Landlord or Tenant.

If you are subject to a compulsory purchase notice, or work on your land from a public body without agreement, we can negotiate a compensation claim on your behalf. Normally the public authority will pay our fees.
